These prices are effective December 23, 2025, and are subject to change without notice. The goods and services shown in this brochure are those we can provide to our clients. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our services. If legal or other requirements determine that you must purchase items that you did not specify, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.
Forms of payment – Life Insurance, all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express, and Checks are acceptable forms of payment. Payment must be submitted 72 hours before service.
Insurance Processing Fee 5% - Credit Card Processing Fee 3%. We are a cashless facility.
